Return Policy for Luminarium.store

At Luminarium.store, we take pride in offering high-quality artwork by Teagan Michael Turner. We carefully package and ship each piece to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise during shipping.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging for our records. Once we have confirmed the damage, we will offer an exchange for the same item. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement piece.

Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for damaged products. If you wish to exchange a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The exchanged product must be returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will ship the replacement piece at our expense.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for undamaged products or due to buyer's remorse. All sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or is stolen in transit.

Stolen Products: In the rare case that a package is stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to open an investigation. If the carrier confirms the package was stolen, we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
